TO THE DEFENDANTS: GINIKA STEPHEN NGENE and JANE OR JOHN DOE NGENE, a Washington Marital Community

A lawsuit has been started against you in the above-entitled Court by Plaintiff HOSMER STREET HOMES ASSOCIATION. Plaintiff’s claim is stated in the written Complaint, a copy of which is served on you with this Summons.

You are hereby summoned to appear within sixty (60) days after the date of the first publication of this Summons, to wit, within sixty (60) days after the 20th day of March, 2020, and defend the above-entitled action in the above-entitled court, and answer the complaint of the plaintiff and serve a copy on the undersigned attorney for the Plaintiff at their office below stated; and in case of your failure to do so, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint, which has been filed with the clerk of said court.

The object of this action being to collect unpaid assessments and foreclose a lien for the same. If you wish to seek the advice of an attorney in this matter, you should do so promptly so that your written response, if any, may be served on time.

This Summons is issued pursuant to Rule 4 of the Superior Court Civil Rules of the State of Washington.
