LEGAL NOTICE CITY OF TACOMA, WASHINGTON Notice is hereby given that the Tacoma City Council, at its regular City Council meeting of Tuesday, September 9, 2014, passed the following resolution. The summary of the contents of said resolution consisting of the title is as follows: Resolution No. 38996 A resolution of the City Council of Tacoma, Washington, setting Tuesday, September 23, 2014, at approximately 5:30 p.m., as the date for a public hearing by the City Council to declare surplus and approve the negotiated sale of approximately 0.85 of an acre of surplus land located near the intersection of Canyon Road and 172nd Street East in Pierce County to Fretoc, LLC for $50,000.
