Submittals will be received and time stamped only at the Purchasing Division, located in the Tacoma Public Utilities Administration Building North, Main Floor, 3628 South 35th Street, Tacoma, WA 98409. Proposals will be received until 11:00 a.m., Pacific Time, Tuesday, June 4, 2013, at which time they will be recorded and forwarded to a Selection Advisory Committee for evaluation. Proposals are not typically opened and read aloud. This property is commonly referred to as the Former Sector Four Police Substation. Estimate: The Purchase Price offered must be no lesss than three hundred and thirty-five thousand dollars ($335,000).
