Three developments could get multi-family housing tax exemptions

Members of the City Council are scheduled to hear three resolutions Feb. 14 that would grant multi-family housing limited property tax exemptions for three apartment developments. The largest project would include 17 market-rate apartments in the 800 block of South 9th Street downtown. Another project would construct six town home-style apartment units at 4514 S. Junett St., and a third project would build four market-rate apartment units at 2312 Tacoma Ave. S.
