Tacoma Civil Rights Project film, employee compensation focus of study session agenda

Members of the City Council are scheduled Oct. 21 to watch a documentary film produced by the Tacoma Civil Rights Project, which highlights individuals and institutions involved in the civil rights movement in Tacoma.

As a second item on the agenda, Joy St. Germain, the Human Resources director, will provide a presentation to Council on the pay structure concept and the compensation philosophy regarding the City’s compensation program.

The Council will not take public comment during the noon study session in the Tacoma Municipal Building North, 733 Market St., Room 16.
