Members of the City Council are scheduled Oct. 14 to consider a resolution that would authorize an agreement with the Pinwheel Corporation for $53,000 to repair and reinstall the interactive water feature — “Water Forest” — located on the plaza of the Museum of Glass, which was vandalized and damaged in September 2002.
