Four resolutions on the April 25 City Council agenda could award multi-family housing limited property tax exemptions for four market-rate housing developments. Three of the exemptions would be for Fountain Park, L.L.C., to construct housing near downtown a 78-unit condominium development at 603, 613 and 623 S. J St., a 54-unit condo development at 605 and 613 St. Helens Ave., and six market-rate condos at 231 Broadway and 232 Stadium Way. The fourth proposed project to be constructed by Troika Developments, Inc., would add four market-rate townhouses at 4323 S. Junett St. in the Tacoma Mall Mixed-Use Center.
