Port of Tacoma officials announced Wednesday a 12-acre site on Tacoma’s tide flats will soon be available for lease. The graveled and fenced yard (pictured), located at 2901 Taylor Way, is zoned Maritime Industrial and is accessible via Interstate 5 and State Route 509. The site features ramp access to Hylebos Waterway and railroad access along Taylor Way. The property will be available beginning in January. More information is available online here.
