Port of Tacoma officials announced Thursday a 4.7-acre site on Tacoma’s tide flats is available for lease. The paved and fenced yard (pictured), located at 1202 Port of Tacoma Road, is zoned Maritime Industrial and is accessible via Port of Tacoma Road, Ross Way, Interstate 5, and State Route 509. An adjacent office building is also available and can be leased along with the yard space (see “Port of Tacoma: Office building available for lease,” Tacoma Daily Index, Jan. 8, 2015).
