The Tacoma Planning Commission will hold a community meeting at 5 p.m. Feb. 15 in City Council Chambers in the Tacoma Municipal Building, 747 Market St., to help citizens learn more about a proposed change to increase the allowable building height in Zone 1 along the Thea Foss Waterway.
