TO: TYLER ROYICE HANSEN, as natural father to ALEX GENE HANSEN.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that there has been filed in this Court a Petition for Minor Guardianship regarding the minor child, ALEX GENE HANSEN, whose date of birth is April 9, 2008. The Petition requests the court to appoint the petitioners, Jeremy Willard and Michelle Willard as guardians for the minor child.
You are hereby summoned to appear within sixty (60) days after the date of the first publication of this summons, to wit, within sixty days after the 18th day of October, 2021, and respond to the above entitled action in the above entitled court, and respond to the Petition for Minor Guardianship, and serve a copy of your response upon the undersigned attorney for the petitioners, at his office at Dan Platter, Attorney at Law, 510 E. Main, Suite F, Puyallup WA, 98372; an in case of your failure so to do, you will be in default, an order of default may be entered against you depriving you from participation in the case, and relief will be granted against you according to the demand of the petition, which has been filed with the clerk of said court. The grant of relief requested will impact your parental rights to the minor child, including your right to custody and residential time with the child. The purpose of the guardianship is to allow the petitioners to provide all parenting functions required to care for the child.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that a hearing on the petition for minor guardianship will be held on the 5th day of January 2022, at 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at Pierce County Superior Court located at 930 Tacoma Ave. S., Tacoma WA 98402.
