The Diabetes Association of Pierce County will be providing tests for the disease on Thursday, April 11, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., at Safeway (pharmacy department), 6201 – 6th Ave.
The “free” test is for people who could have diabetes mellitus and not know it.
The test can be taken anytime after the first hour of having consumed food or drink.
