CITY OF FIRCREST PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING FOR CONSIDERATION OF CODE AMENDMENTS PERTAINING TO MISCELLANEOUS ZONING, SUBDIVISION, AND PERMIT PROCESSING CODE PROVISIONS, AND THE ESTABLISHMENT OF STREETSCAPE DESIGN STANDARDS AND GUIDELINES. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Fircrest Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on March 29, 2016, commencing at 6:00pm or soon thereafter, at the Fircrest City Hall, which is ADA accessible, to consider amendments to the Fircrest Municipal Code Title 22 Land Development pertaining to miscellaneous zoning, subdivision, and permit processing code provisions, and the establishment of streetscape design standards and guidelines. Copies of the proposed amendments will be available on the City's website (www.cityoffircrest.net) and at City Hall.
