Members of the City Council are scheduled Dec. 9 to receive an update from the Pierce County Coordinating Council, which represents the five local and community colleges, on their legislative agenda and collaborative economic development efforts, as well as their current issues and opportunities. As a second item on the agenda, Human Resources Director Joy St. Germain will continue the discussion about the classification and total compensation survey for non-represented employees. The Council will not take public comment during the noon study session in the Tacoma Municipal Building North, 733 Market St., Room 16.
