Community Night: An Education and Career Planning Information Night is slated for 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Feb. 28, in the Tacoma Community College Opgaard Student Center.
Tacoma Community College, Washington State Employees Credit Union and Corestaff Services are hosting this community event to promote education and career planning.
Pierce County colleges and various social service agencies throughout the Tacoma community will be present to provide information to community members interested in continuing their education and seeking assistance in additional ways.
Two 30-minute workshops, Career Transitions and Enrolling in School, will each be presented twice throughout the evening.
The Enrolling in School workshop is designed both for high school students and returning students.
