At the Nov. 22 study session, members of Tacoma City Council are scheduled to receive an update on the Pierce County Flood Control Zone District from Pierce County representatives. As a second and third item on the agenda, Council is scheduled to discuss the budget direction, contracts with outside agencies and Council-initiated revenue enhancements. The Council will not take public comment during the noon study session in the Tacoma Municipal Building North, 733 Market St., Room 16.
