Members of the Tacoma City Council are scheduled to consider resolutions on Sept. 22 that would authorize three separate agreements related to the Elks Building on Broadway. The agreements include: a non-statutory development agreement with the Elks on Broadway, LLC and the Elks Temple Properties LLC for the Elks Building renovation and Mixed-Used Development project; an assignment agreement with Elks on Broadway, LLC, for the purchase of real property to be used in the Elks Building/Mixed-Use Development project; and the execution of an option agreement with Elks on Broadway, LLC, for the purchase of real property to be used in the Elks Building/Mixed-Use Development project.
