Six Pierce County John L. Scott agents make 'Top 1%' in sales

J. Lennox Scott, chairman and CEO of John L. Scott Real Estate, is pleased to announce the recipients of John L. Scott’s “Top 1%” award for 2002. The award goes to the highest-producing agents at John L. Scott, ranked by sales volume.

Six sales associates from John L. Scott’s Pierce County offices received this highly coveted award for their 2002 sales activity.

They are: Jerry Mahan, Puyallup; Grace Hudtloff, University Place; Doug Walker, Puyallup; David Gala, Tacoma North; Alan Powell, Puyallup Canyon Road; Al Hauer, Tacoma North.

Ranking number one overall was Jerry Mahan from John L. Scott’s Puyallup office.

This is the eighth year Mahan has earned this distinguished honor, placing first out of John L. Scott’s 3,000 sales associates.

In 2002 Mahan closed an impressive 365 transactions for over $80 million in volume sales.

Mahan specializes in new construction, land and residential re-sale. He has been a real estate agent for over 20 years, ten of which he has been affiliated with John L. Scott Real Estate.
