Three resolutions on the June 6 City Council meeting agenda could award multi-family limited property tax exemptions for the construction of 46 condominiums, eight townhouse-style apartments and 120 apartment units split between three different developments. The first resolution is for construction of 46 condominiums at 1142 Fawcett Ave. in the Downtown Mixed-Use Center. The other two resolutions are for eight town homes located at 4341 S. Warner St. in the Tacoma Mall Mixed-Use Center and for 120 apartment units located in the 1400 block of Market St. in the Downtown Mixed-Use Center.
