    Resolution would elect Council Member Manthou as Deputy Mayor

    Members of the City Council are scheduled to vote on a resolution Jan. 8 that would elect Council Member Manthou to a one-year term as Deputy Mayor. If approved, Manthou would serve as Deputy Mayor until Dec. 31, 2008.
