The City Council is scheduled Jan. 27 to consider a resolution that would approve the proposed sale of 7,801 square feet of surplus property located adjacent to the Cushman Transmission Line Right-of-Way to the City of Gig Harbor, and would authorize a quit claim deed for the sale of the property. The property would be used for a recreational trail and trail facilities.
