Puget Sound Regional Council staff is scheduled to share information with the City Council about its VISION 2020 plan that integrates the regions long-range goals for growth management, the economy and transportation during the April 25 study session. The Council is also scheduled to hear an update on the Washington State Department of Transportation project to improve traffic flow and safety on Interstate 5 between South 38th Street and the Tacoma Dome. The Council will not take public comment during the study session. CityPost (Channel 85 on Click!, Channel 77 on Comcast) will air the audio portion of the session live.
