The Pierce County Executive is accepting applications to fill a position on the Pierce County Housing Authority’s Board of Commissioners.
The five-member board sets policy for the PCHA, which was created by the county to provide affordable housing for low-income families. The board is responsible for hring the executive director, who serves as the board’s secretary and also administers the aurthority’s day-to-day operations and carries out the policies established by the board.
The board meets at least monthly. Additional information is available at http://www.pchawa.org . Applications are available at http://www.piercecountywa.org/boards . Completed applications are due by July 11.
