The Perkins Building, restored and recently placed on the National Historic Register, is set to be the site of a grand opening celebration on Thursday, March 21, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. The refurbished eight-story building will be dedicated by the Tacoma City Council.
Located at 1101 A St., The Perkins Building features luxury apartments that offer spectacular marine, city and downtown views. The building is close by the city’s light rail and mass transit programs that are currently under construction, as well as all the amenities offered in downtown Tacoma.
See next week’s paper for coverage of the grand opening, as well as more information on the building itself.
