City Council members are scheduled March 18 to hear the final reading of an ordinance that would make Council members eligible to participate in the City’s medical and dental program on the same terms as full-time City employees. The first reading of Ordinance No. 27675 was heard on Dec. 18, 2007 and continued to this meeting to allow the Council to assemble a citizen’s committee to make recommendations on the proposed ordinance.
