ESTRELLA G. NIFFENEGGER and JOHN DOE NIFFENEGGER, husband and wife, and their marital community; and

JESSICA A. MA and NICHOLAS D. MA, wife and husband, and their marital community;

Defendants.

The State of Washington to the said Defendant ESTRELLA G. NIFFENEGGER:

You are hereby summoned to appear within sixty days after the date of the first publication of this summons, to wit, within sixty days after the 6th day of October, 2023, and defend the above entitled action in the above entitled court, and answer the complaint of the Plaintiff Jadden King, and serve a copy of your answer upon the undersigned attorneys for Plaintiff Jadden King, at the office below stated; and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint, which has been filed with the clerk of said court. The above-entitled action concerns a dog bite on August 13, 2009. A dog owned by Defendant Niffenegger bit Plaintiff, who was a minor at the time, on the face.
