City Council members are scheduled April 17 to receive an overview of the Downtown Tacoma Housing Analysis from Deanna Sihon of New Home Trends. The housing analysis was a collaborative partnership between the Community and Economic Development Department and New Home Trends a data, research and consulting firm. Council members are also scheduled to discuss the 2007-2008 Biennium Budget re-appropriation ordinance. The ordinance requests the 2007-2008 budget be amended to authorize requests for re-appropriation. The Council will not take public comment during the noon study session in the Tacoma Municipal Building North, Room 16. CityPost (Channel 21 on Click!, Channel 77 on Comcast) will air the audio portion of the session live. Replays of the study session audio may be heard Wednesday nights at 7 p.m. on CityPost (Channel 85 on Click!, Channel 77 on Comcast). On-demand audio archives are available on the Web within 24 hours of the meeting at http://www.tvtacoma.com .
