YOU AND EACH OF YOU will please take notice that a Dependency Fact-Finding Hearing as to Mother Only has been scheduled for Monday, December 21, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. in the Hoh Tribal Court. The court is located at 2464 Lower Hoh Road on the Hoh Indian Reservation, Hoh, Washington.

You have important legal rights; you should be present at this hearing. The parents, guardian and custodian of the youth are each entitled to have someone represent them at this hearing, but at their own expense — meaning that they will be solely responsible for any fees charged by that person.

Fact-Finding Hearing – The purposes of this hearing are to determine the status of the case and assess what other things should be done in the best interest of these children. The Court may consider all evidence it deems relevant to the issue of whether the children are children in need of care.
