Pierce County Parks and Recreation is teaming up with FISH food banks to collect food Saturday, Dec. 3. In exchange for three cans of food, an individual can skate free from 8:15 that evening until 12:15 Sunday morning at the Sprinker Recreation Center arena. Participants also will receive a Fantasy Lights discount coupon and Subway coupon. Food donations will be accepted outside Sprinker’s front entrance from 9 a.m. until 10 p.m. Saturday.
