Pierce County Auditor Cathy Pearsall-Stipek is the recipient of NACRCs (National Association of County Recorders, Election Officials and Clerks) 2002 Public Official of the Year award.
The Public Official of the Year award was presented to Pearsall-Stipek on July 13 at the NACo/NACRC Annual Conference in New Orleans, La.
