Members of the City Council are scheduled to consider adding 180 days to the current moratorium on group homes, group residential facilities, lodging houses, emergency and transitional housing, and housing for high-risk/high-needs residents during the May 9 meeting. If approved, the ordinance would immediately extend the moratorium, which is scheduled to expire May 14.
