Members of the City Council approved a resolution Aug. 16 that authorizes a 20-year marina lease agreement with one 10-year extension between the Foss Waterway Development Authority and Foss Waterway Management, LLC. The agreement involves City Marina on the east side of the waterway, Dock Street Marina in front of the Museum of Glass and the transient float at 15th Street. Under the agreement, Foss Waterway Management, LLC, will invest $500,000 into improvements for the facilities.
