Tacoma Power announced Friday it has hired Tenzin Gyaltsen to serve as Click! Network’s general manager. He joined the Tacoma Power team on Oct. 3. Gyaltsen previously worked in California as the general manager for San Bruno Municipal Cable TV, which provides cable television, retail Internet and phone service. Gyaltsen received his Bachelor of Science in accounting from the Metropolitan State College of Denver and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado.
