Description: This project consists of removing and replacing channelization, and the removal and replacement of 90,822 SF of asphalt roadway including the rock sub-base for a complete new roadway section.

Location: 3510 South Mullen Street, Tacoma, WA 98409

City of Tacoma has determined that this proposal will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). We have reviewed the attached Environmental Checklist. This information is available to the public upon request.

This DNS is issued under WAC 197-11-340(2) and the comment period will end at 5pm on February 26, 2024.
