ORDINANCE NO. 1592

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RUSTON, WASHINGTON, AMENDING SECTION 5.05.040 OF THE RUSTON MUNICIPAL CODE TO REFLECT THE UPDATED MINIMUM BUSINESS THRESHOLD FOR OUT-OF-CITY BUSINESS LICENSES IN COMPLIANCE WITH STATE LAW; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND CORRECTIONS; AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

Public Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Ruston, at a Regular City Council Meeting, held on September 2, 2025 duly passed and adopted Ordinance 1592.
