The City Council will hold the second of three planned budget workshops Nov. 16 from 5 to 8:30 p.m. to discuss the 2006 mid-biennium budget adjustments. The audio and video portions of the workshop will be broadcast live on TV Tacoma on cable Channel 12. Replays of the workshop will be posted on the TV Tacoma Web site within 24 hours of the presentation at http://www.tvtacoma.com.
