John L. Scott Real Estate announced that Jerry Mahan has achieved the award for highest producing sales associate for 2001.
This is the seventh year Mahan has earned this distinguished honor, ranking first out of John L. Scotts 2,800 sales associates.
Mahan has been a real estate professional for over 20 years, nine of which he has spent affiliated with John L. Scotts Puyallup office.
In 2001, Mahan closed an impressive 386 transactions for $76 million in sales. REALTOR Magazine ranked Mahan as the ninth most successful real estate sales person in the nation in 2001.
Its a great achievement because John L. Scott is one of the most respected companies, not only in Washington state, but also in the United States, said Mahan.
Mahan specializes in new construction, land and residential re-sale. He attributes much of his success to his team.
I believe after 24 years that I am more of a coach of agents, he said. Ive assembled a team that tries to create the Nordstrom effect of performance by offering outstanding service to our clients, while saving them money.
