LEGAL NOTICE

CITY OF TACOMA, WASHINGTON

Notice is hereby given that the Tacoma City Council, at its regular City Council meeting of Tuesday, October 28, 2025, passed the following ordinances. The summary of the contents of said ordinances, consisting of the titles, is as follows:

Ordinance No. 29065 An ordinance amending Chapter 1.12 of the Municipal Code, relating to the Compensation Plan, to amend several sections regarding standby pay and sick allowance with pay, to align with provisions contained in agreements negotiated with the Tacoma Joint Labor Committee, effective January 1, 2026.

Ordinance No. 29066 An ordinance modifying the 2025-2026 Biennial Operating Budget to recognize new revenues, budget for resolutions passed by the City Council, adjust for changes,

and make corrections.

Ordinance No. 29067 An ordinance modifying the 2025-2026 Capital Budget to recognize changes in transfers, additional revenues, and budget adjustments.
