The City Council will conduct a public hearing on Feb. 19 starting at approximately 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 747 Market St., concerning the proposed sale of a portion of the Crescent Substation to Pierce County, which would allow for road improvements at the intersection of 22nd Avenue East and 192nd Street East in the Frederickson industrial area.
