City Council is scheduled Dec. 11 to consider a resolution that would approve the sale of the City’s Limited Tax Obligation Bonds, not to exceed $9.9 million, to provide funds to pay the costs of acquiring the real property and improvements to the South Park Plaza public parking garage.
