Members of the Tacoma City Council will hold a public hearing Oct. 30 regarding proposed changes to the allowable building height regulations for certain properties on the shores of the Thea Foss Waterway. The Council will hear the recommendations of the Planning Commission and then ask for public comment regarding the issue beginning at approximately 5:30 p.m.
