About a ton of items were donated today to Tacoma Goodwill Industries from associates with Russell Investments as they prepare for Russell’s headquarters move to Seattle. The nearly 900 associates who work in Tacoma spent a better part of the week preparing for Goodwill. Donated items included reference books, travel mugs among a variety of other items. The items from the associates were placed at Russell’s loading dock, where Tacoma Goodwill attendants arrived to collect the material. The items went to Goodwills warehouse, where they were scheduled to be sorted, processed and readied to go on Goodwill store shelves.
