City Council members are scheduled during the Aug. 30 study session to discuss the recent property acquisition in the Hilltop area and hear the results of an analysis of development potential for the half-block of adjacent properties along Martin Luther King Jr. Way. The discussion will also include opinions on the market value of two adjacent properties in the Hilltop area. The public may attend the noon study session in Room 16, Tacoma Municipal Building North, 733 Market St., but the Council will not take public comment.
