The annual Taste of Tacoma event kicks off this weekend, giving residents and visitors alike a chance to chow down on a wide variety of foods, including some with – gasp! – carbs.
Touted as the ultimate family picnic, this years event features 28 restaurant booths and over 20 food products, complete with ethnic cuisine and all-American fare.
Also, there will be three concert stages hosting an eclectic blend of musical performances, as well as a stage for comedy.
The 2004 Taste of Tacoma takes place June 25 – June 27 at Point Defiance Park. Hours are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday.
