    Tacoma
    Tacoma resident Ralph Decker is one of several Fire Buffs who supports firefighters at emergency scenes. Decker and his wife, Michelle, serve food and water to firefighters and fire victims out of a mobile canteen unit. Decker has a long connection to the Tacoma Fire Department.
