This was the scene Monday morning at 11:50 a.m. inside the parking garage at South 10th Street and A Street, across the street from Russell Investments former headquarters building. Earlier this month, Russell's 900 employees began the move from its 12-story building on 909 A St. in downtown Tacoma to its new home in the former WaMu Center, located at 1301 Second Ave., in downtown Seattle.
