Apartments serving homeless veterans proposed for East Side Tacoma transit center (Tacoma Daily Index, Sept. 8, 2015) — Pierce Transit received an unsolicited proposal for the development of affordable rental housing for homeless veterans at the 72nd Street Transit Center and Park-and-Ride on Tacoma’s East Side.
