Members of Tacoma City Council are scheduled Aug. 18 to consider a resolution that would authorize an amendment to the Tacoma Community Redevelopment Authority (TCRA) Agreement, authorizing the TCRA to loan $556,808 of Community Development Block Grant funds, received from the Federal American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, for affordable housing programs and the Metropolitan Development Council’s Detoxification Center.
