Council members are scheduled April 8 to consider a resolution that would adopt the 2008-2012 Strategic Plan. The strategic plan would help to guide the Council as they set policy directives and put forward initiatives. Council engaged in a number of planning sessions during study sessions; the sessions addressed the mission and vision of the City as well as the Council goals of being a safe, healthy and livable community; having a balanced, vibrant economy; and results-oriented government.
