The City Council is scheduled to consider a resolution on Dec. 9 that would authorize an agreement for the transfer of the City’s interest in the County-City Building to Pierce County in exchange for the County’s interest in Cheney Stadium and adjacent parcels of land. The agreement would also authorize the lease agreement with the County for the space currently occupied by the City within the County-City Building.
